Elanco is seeking a Manager to lead the Clinical Associate team at the Fort Dodge, IA site. You will guide clinical execution operations, oversee study logistics, and ensure GLP compliance while partnering across Global R&D to advance our animal health pipeline.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in biology or animal science, and hands-on experience with clinical trials or lab operations. Relocation packages are available; this is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Animal Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in clinical study execution, laboratory operations, or R&D project management (or 4+ years with Master’s).
• Strong knowledge of GLP regulations and FDA compliance; hands-on animal handling experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Clinical Execution team at Fort Dodge, managing trial logistics and daily execution of study events.
• Collaborate with Global R&D Clinical teams, RDQA, and M&Q to align priorities and report metrics.
• Ensure GLP compliance and assist with regulatory audits and inspections.
• Manage vendor relationships and animal supplier contracts in line with standards.
• Train and onboard new staff to ensure SOP compliance.
