• Working knowledge of S&OP, IBP, and demand planning systems
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations

Responsibilities

• Drive demand forecast accuracy using analytics, forecasting models, and BI
• Own and optimize demand planning data and forecast integrity
• Analyze demand trends and product performance to identify patterns and risks
• Translate market insights into actionable forecasts across business units
• Develop and refine account-, customer-, and brand-specific forecasts for S&OP
