Job summary

Tecomet seeks a strategic Vice President of Global Accounting to jointly lead our finance organization and drive the integration of merged entities into a unified, scalable system. This onsite role oversees US accounting, global consolidation, and governance across multiple locations while partnering with executive teams to accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate has deep technical accounting expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of finance transformation in a manufacturing

Qualifications

Active CPA required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
Significant experience leading U.S. accounting for a multinational manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance integration of recently merged organizations and harmonize accounting policies, processes, controls, reporting and governance.
Oversee U.S. accounting operations and ensure reporting under U.S. GAAP.
Direct monthly, quarterly and annual close processes for U.S. operations.
Prepare consolidated financial statements and executive reporting for leadership, lenders and the Board.
Manage treasury, debt reporting, banking relationships, and capital structure strategy.
Develop talent and lead organizational change across the accounting organization.
Maintain internal controls and oversee external audits and tax responsibilities.
