Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in fund accounting or fund administration.
• Understanding of investment fund structures and investor reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close for investment vehicles.
• Assist with fund accounting activities including investor transactions and capital activity.
• Review and reconcile accounting records and schedules.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators, auditors, tax advisors.
• Prepare financial statements, management and investor reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Participate in audit, tax, and compliance projects.
• Help improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Contribute to special projects as the organization grows.
