Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite contract covers both early childhood and elementary caseloads, offering you the chance to apply your expertise where it is needed most.

You will collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and service providers to develop and implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and maintain compliance while supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• NH Special Educator Certification is required.
• Degree in Special Education or closely related field.
• Experience with early childhood and/or elementary students preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs.
• Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's strengths and requirements.
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state/federal compliance requirements.
• Foster a positive classroom culture and participate in team meetings as needed.
