Qualifications

• NH Special Education Teacher certification is required.
• Experience delivering specialized instruction to students with diverse abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff.
• Strong skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work on-site across multiple school buildings.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored instruction to students in grades 1-11 following each students IEP goals.
• Deliver engaging lessons on-site at three separate locations, nurturing positive learning environments.
• Collaborate closely with school teams and families to ensure student needs are met.
• Track progress and adjust instruction as necessary for each student.
• Participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate records, and monitor compliance.
