Job summary

Stealth Startup seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their on-site team supporting large industrial facilities. You will architect, build, and deploy agentic software across the full stack, interfacing with plant APIs and legacy systems to deliver real-time improvements.

You will work directly with founders and customer plant engineers, taking ownership of challenges and iterating rapidly to meet demanding client needs while scaling the company’s agentic platform.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in full‑stack development, distributed systems, or AI/ML integrations.
• Ability to work directly with customers and on-site teams.
• Proven problem-solving and rapid delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic-first software across the full stack (frontend, backend, agent frameworks).
• Integrate diverse data sources including real-time plant APIs and legacy systems.
• Collaborate with founders and customer engineers on-site to gather feedback and iterate features.
