Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a senior full stack engineer to build the software foundation for a new category of consumer technology. You will work across the stack from customer-facing experiences to backend systems, AI integrations, and the infrastructure that powers them.

As an early team member, you’ll influence architectural decisions, product development, and engineering culture, partnering with founders, design, product, and hardware to turn ambitious ideas into daily-used products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience shipping production software.
• Strong full stack skills across frontend and backend.
• Comfortable moving across stack and learning new technologies.
• Experience shipping 0→1 products or in fast-paced startups.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship customer-facing products across web, mobile, and device experiences.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure powering the platform.
• Work across the full product lifecycle from prototypes to production systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, AI, and hardware teams to realize new experiences.
• Build integrations between software, AI systems, and connected devices.
• Improve reliability, performance, security, and developer experience across the stack.
• Make thoughtful technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
• Help define engineering culture, standards, and best practices as the team grows.
• Own projects end-to-end and ship quickly with autonomy.
