Job summary

Stealth Startup in San Francisco is seeking a Full Stack / AI Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to help build the intelligence layer of modern manufacturing. You will own features end-to-end, spanning frontend, backend, AI agents, and integrations, while collaborating with sales teams, operators, and plant managers.

You’ll work across the stack, prototyping new AI capabilities, deploying models, and ensuring reliable production performance in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack focus.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js or similar web tech.
• Experience shipping production-grade apps across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, AI agents, or AI-powered apps.
• Ability to take features from concept to prototype to production.
• Comfort working across UI, backend services, APIs, databases, and AI workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate; in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer plants or offices to understand workflows and translate challenges into requirements.
• Build end-to-end AI agents for workflows like quoting, pricing, inventory, procurement, and scheduling.
• Plan and build integrations with ERP and CRM systems.
• Prototype features, test with real customers, and iterate based on feedback.
• Develop core product features across frontend and backend.
• Build infrastructure to keep AI agents reliable in production.
• Evaluate, integrate, and deploy new AI capabilities and models.
