Accredo is seeking a Staff Fulfillment Pharmacist in Kent, WA to oversee technicians, interpret prescriptions, and ensure accurate dispensing within regulatory guidelines. The role entails contacting prescribers to verify details, handling on-call duties, and maintaining high quality standards.

The position requires ACPE-accredited education (Pharm.D or B.S. Pharmacy), and a current pharmacist license with flexibility for peak volumes and multi-state licensure as needed.

Formación

• ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy graduate with a B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Current resident pharmacist license in good standing.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and quality assurance to pharmacy technicians.
• Interpret prescriptions from physicians or prescribers.
• Contact doctors/patients to verify prescription details to expedite processing.
• Verify controlled substances and prescription data in system.
• Back up pharmacists and train staff as needed.
• Maintain quality and efficiency; adhere to regulations.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and schedule flexibility.
