Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Operations Support Manager to oversee partner fulfillment centers, drive new site launches, and ensure ongoing performance against established KPIs. This role emphasizes project management, training, and equipment setup across multiple sites.

You will be on-site up to 90% of the time, travel between locations as needed, and collaborate with local center management to close process gaps and ensure SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of operations leadership in an ecommerce fulfillment environment.
• Experience opening new building sites and building teams for success.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and align stakeholders.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency; CAD drawings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support partner fulfillment centers to meet ShipBob standards.
• Manage startup functions: project management, training, and equipment setup.
• Build partnerships with SFN sites and drive successful launches within ShipBob dashboards.
• Oversee KPIs, SLAs, and performance reporting across sites.
• Ensure on-site operations and training are delivered per SOPs.
