Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to manage partner fulfillment sites and drive successful onboarding at ShipBob’s network. You will oversee site selections, launch planning, and 60–90 day implementation, ensuring strong partnerships with SFN sites and adherence to ShipBob SOPs.

The role requires 3-5+ years in ecommerce fulfillment leadership, 3PL relationship management, and on-site availability up to 90% including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of operations leadership in an ecommerce fulfillment environment.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and buy-in.
• On-site availability up to 90% including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help in site selections and SFN partner vetting.
• Understand SFN partner needs and adapt launch plans for successful integration.
• Own the 60–90 day implementation phase and post-launch contact.
• Set up dashboard and services to meet SFN partner goals.
• Train SFN partner staff and conduct tailored sessions.
• Reinforce training materials to encourage self-service and use of ShipBob dashboard.
• Travel to sites for operational audits and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and KPI/SLA targets.
