Griffith Foods Inc. is seeking an FSQS Compliance Manager for the Avon, Ohio facility.

You will provide strategic and tactical leadership for FSQS, driving compliance with regulatory, GFSI (e.g., BRC), customer and Griffith Foods requirements. You will lead the FSQS team, manage audits and corrective actions, collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Product Development, and oversee external co-man consultants to ensure continuous improvement and food safety across the product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science/engineering field.
• 10+ years in the food industry with 3+ years in FSQS.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• 5+ years' experience with FDA and USDA regulations and GFSI/audits.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage 2 direct reports and 4 indirect reports.
• Oversee external co-man contractors to comply with Griffith Foods standards.
• Ensure FSQS alignment across business functions and plant teams.
• Track performance on raw material violations, complaints, audits and drive improvements.
