• Register new patients by collecting and verifying demographic and insurance information.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries, triaging as needed and providing accurate information.
• Process internal and external referrals and communicate scheduling outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on patient care and scheduling.
• Monitor trends to identify needs for new services.
