Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and assist guests during visits.
• Keep reception area clean, organized and welcoming.
• Support conference room setups and meetings as needed.
• Assist with mailroom tasks and coverage during absences.
