Job summary

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) to join one of our valued client partners in Grapevine, Texas. This full-time onsite opportunity focuses on business development, strategic account management, and delivering customized freight solutions across multiple transportation modes.

The CRA will expand customer relationships, generate new business, manage accounts, and partner with operations to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a non-asset freight brokerage environment
• Proven business development, transportation sales, or account management experience
• Strong understanding of freight pricing, transportation execution, and brokerage operations
• Experience coordinating FTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Intermodal, Drayage, and Over-Dimensional freight
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and customer service skills
• Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and CRM tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Grapevine, Texas
• U.S.-based applicants only

Responsibilities

• Generate new freight opportunities through proactive business development and relationship-building initiatives
• Develop, grow, and manage a portfolio of transportation brokerage accounts
• Expand existing customer partnerships through strategic account development and consultative sales
• Coordinate freight solutions across multiple modes (FTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Intermodal, Drayage, etc.)
• Develop competitive freight pricing strategies that balance customer satisfaction with profitability
• Collaborate with Carrier Development and Operations teams to ensure successful shipment execution
• Build and maintain productive relationships with transportation carriers and logistics partners
• Resolve shipment issues, service disruptions, claims, and customer concerns with professionalism
• Monitor freight market conditions, transportation trends, and opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records using TMS and CRM tools
• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to increase account revenue and retention
