ZenHome is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our ops-centric engineering team in RI or MA. You’ll work beside operators who run projects and manage the systems for intake, estimates, scheduling, and follow-up.

Expect to diagnose problems, ship fixes within the week, and begin with a paid one-week trial. You’ll own end-to-end features across the stack, including web and mobile apps, agent tooling, databases, and integrations, while staying close to users and customers to ensure clear,

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years shipping production software with ownership from schema to API to UI.
• Experience with an LLM SDK like Claude or OpenAI, building agents or function calling.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React with solid SQL fundamentals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, working directly with operators and customers.
• Based in Rhode Island or Southeast Massachusetts, onsite role.

• Identify friction from initial contact to paid invoice and ship fixes within the week.
• Convert vague operations problems into measurable, buildable tasks.
• Develop AI agents and automations end-to-end on our stack.
