Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC in Dublin, OH is seeking a Foreman to oversee on-site operations at our utility projects. You will serve as the primary link between field crews and site management, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and solid knowledge of underground utility installation, excavation, grading, and reading blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground utility experience (with 1+ year in a leadership role preferred).
• Strong understanding of utility installation methods and safety requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grade stakes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities on-site.
• Oversee installation of storm, water, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation.
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist with training and mentoring crew members.
