Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to manage inmate labor and support the food service operation inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals according to menus, operate kitchen equipment, and uphold food safety standards.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability with weekday shifts from 10am to 6pm and weekend shifts from 9am to 6pm. Training and career growth opportunities are highlighted in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.
• Weekday hours are 10am to 6pm.
• Weekend hours are 9am to 6pm.
• Days will rotate and have between 32 to 36 hours weekly with rotating weekends.
• Oversees inmate labor and assists with the food service operation in a correctional facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food items following instructions and menus; use a range of utensils and machines.
• Report to a Food Service Director.
• Work onsite inside a jail/correctional facility.
