Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals, follow menus, and train other food service workers.

The position is on-site inside a jail/correctional facility with a wage of $16.00/hour plus a $500 new hire bonus and comprehensive benefits, including DailyPay, health coverage, 401(k) with company match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience; must be at least 21 years old.
• Preferred: Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food and portion meals to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for employees and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the job.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
