Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals following menus and recipes, using a variety of utensils and equipment while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

The role reports to a Food Service Director, requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old. On-site work with Friday/Saturday, 9am–7pm; benefits include Medical, DailyPay, 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and service.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules according to procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook and portion food following recipes and nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers and promote a safe, healthy work environment.
