Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Inspector for the 1st shift in Cleveland, OH. This on‑site role focuses on inspecting precision components and ensuring compliance with drawings and customer specs.

You will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to sustain high standards and drive improvements. The ideal candidate has at least one year in quality inspection, GD&T proficiency, and experience with inspection equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASQ CM I, CQT or similar certifications preferred.
• Minimum one year of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Experience inspecting precision‑machined components preferred.
• Strong GD&T knowledge; capable of reading blueprints and specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article, receiving, in‑process and final inspections as directed.
• Verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Conduct random quality audits on the production floor.
• Identify quality concerns and communicate findings to teams.
• Develop and maintain inspection layouts and related documentation.
• Document results and maintain quality records.
• Support MSAs and process capability studies.
• Assist with internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
