Job summary

Vallen is seeking an Onsite Technician I for Life Safety Services to install, inspect, test, and maintain fire protection and related systems at customer sites. You will handle service calls, perform testing and inspections per prescribed standards, and ensure accurate documentation of activities.

The role requires basic regulatory knowledge (NFPA, OSHA) and the ability to work on-site at client locations, including off-hours and offshore tasks as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 fire protection-related certification.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Install Life Safety Systems and perform service calls.
• Test and inspect life safety equipment per standards.
• Prepare accurate Technician Worksheets (TWS) and reports.
• Provide customer service for installation/ITM of life safety systems.
• Maintain knowledge of NFPA/OSHA regulations.
