Broadlawns Medical Center seeks a Business Systems Analyst to configure, administer, and troubleshoot financial information systems. The role emphasizes SQL reporting, Tableau dashboards, HL7 interfaces, and documentation to support compliance and decision-making.

This is an onsite position reporting to the CIO. You will analyze financial and revenue cycle performance, plan enhancements, assist in implementing new financial software, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with IT experience required.
• Experience with SQL tools and BI dashboards.
• Excellent communication and customer-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and oversee financial and revenue cycle system performance.
• Plan changes and enhancements to existing financial software.
• Assist in implementing new financial software applications.
• Document system procedures, policies, and routines.
• Coordinate with vendors to maximize system utilization and support.
