Job summary

MSU Federal Credit Union in Berkley, MI, is seeking a Financial Services Specialist for the Berkley Branch to deliver exceptional member experiences and personalized financial guidance. You will handle transactions, recommend tailored solutions, and cross-sell services while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role requires working a 40-hour week with Saturday rotation; starting pay is $20/hour plus comprehensive premiums and generous PTO, holidays, and volunteer time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays, and to support other locations to meet needs across the branch network.
