You will support various financial and payment processing functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality across transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, experience with financial information, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of data entry or financial processing experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Able to work onsite in Hamilton, NJ and pass background/drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Process direct deposits and related correspondence.
• Perform financial adjustments and account updates.
• Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Research, identify, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Review transactions for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Conduct QA reviews and audits.
• Maintain records and documentation.
