Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Processing Associate in Hamilton, NJ. The role focuses on supporting various financial and payment processing functions with accuracy, compliance, and quality in all transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, experience with financial information, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications. Onsite work is required, with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry, financial processing, administrative support, or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Must successfully complete a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening.
• Must be able to work onsite in Hamilton, NJ.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process direct deposits and related correspondence.
• Perform financial adjustments and account updates.
• Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Research, identify, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Review transactions for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Enter and update financial data in company systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of transactions.
