Qualifications

• 6 months-1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, office support, or a similar environment.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
• Comfortable performing high-volume and repetitive data entry.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Sioux Falls, SD.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update financial and customer information in internal systems.
• Perform high-volume data entry and record maintenance.
• Review and process customer requests accurately.
• Support updates related to unclaimed property records.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Assist with basic financial operations and administrative tasks.
• Work within multiple systems to complete daily assignments.
