Job summary

River's Bend PC is seeking a Full-Time Onsite Financial Collection Associate to join our team in Troy, MI. You will be responsible for collecting outstanding funds and providing administrative support to the financial department as directed by the Financial Manager.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent, strong numerical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. This role offers benefits and regular hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus experience.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with behavioral billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate outstanding accounts receivable reports and submit to Financial Manager
• Communicate with clients regarding co-payments, billing questions, benefit questions, and statement questions
• Collect daily payments for clinical sessions
• Report status of declined or non-payment as applicable
• Complete statement reconciliations
• Compile and submit financial reports
• Provide support to the financial department as requested
• Other duties as assigned
