Job summary

River's Bend PC in Troy, MI is seeking a Full-Time Onsite Financial Collection Associate to join a motivated, organized team. You will collect outstanding funds for the clinic and provide administrative support to the financial department.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, strong numerical skills, initiative, and solid communication. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401K with employer match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or a combination of high school diploma/equivalent plus experience.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Experience or knowledge with behavioral billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate outstanding accounts receivable reports and submit to Financial Manager.
• Communicate with clients regarding co-payments, billing questions, benefit questions, and statement questions.
• Collect daily payments for clinical sessions.
• Report status of declined or non-payment as applicable.
• Complete statement reconciliations.
• Compile and submit financial reports.
• Provide support as requested to financial department.
• Other duties as assigned.
