GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Site Finance Partner to shape financial and operational performance at the King of Prussia site. You will translate data into insights and partner with site leadership to drive value, with a high level of visibility and collaboration.

The role requires on-site presence at least three days a week, working with cross-functional teams to challenge, identify risks, and deliver measurable improvements in cost and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of Finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain or operations.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Experience with SAP and Excel or similar financial systems.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Site-based, cross-functional collaboration能力 and on-site work at least three days per week.
