Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering or pharmaceutical quality.
• 10+ years of industrial experience in a commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead site data integrity & governance program with site and central teams.
• Drive the quality digital strategy (SMART manufacturing) across functions.
• Oversee updates to site quality systems including VQMS and MERP.
• Lead deployment of the Quality Management System site-wide.
• Ensure training compliance and maintain up-to-date records.
• Develop and monitor the Quality Improvement Plan and culture.
