Job summary

Genentech, a member of the Roche group, seeks a Finance Enterprise Partner supporting Pharma Technical (PT) Operations in Hillsboro, OR. You will provide financial and strategic insights, partner with leaders, and steer outcomes to support the 10-year ambitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience - at least four years in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing processes desired.
• Strong cross-functional influence and consensus-building.
• Ability to synthesize large data into clear insights to drive decision-making.
• Excellent organizational agility and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with managerial courage.
• Understand production cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Leadership by providing financial and strategic insights.
• Form trusted relationships with key business leaders and help steer business outcomes.
• Own the Financials by integrating operational knowledge and financial acumen.
• Own and present key financial data and strategies in support of annual planning (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Develop understanding of underlying operational, strategic and financial implications.
• Enable transparency and ensure decisions are made considering the impact to the broader organization.
• Provide financial leadership for multi-site projects as required.
