Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Finance Enterprise Partner to support Pharma Technical (PT) Operations in Hillsboro, OR, with influence across the global finance team. The role reports to the PT Finance System Enabler and focuses on delivering high-quality financial insights and transparency for strategic decisions.

You will partner with site leadership, translate priorities into financial strategies, and own OPEX/CAPEX planning while supporting multi-site projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of finance experience, at least four years in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing processes desired.
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of data and reflect them clearly for decision-making.
• Excellent organizational agility and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with leadership to provide financial and strategic insights across the enterprise.
• Own the Financials and present data for annual planning (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Develop and communicate actionable insights to drive performance and decision-making.
• Provide financial leadership for multi-site projects as required.
