Job summary

School of Visual Arts is seeking a Reservation Systems Administrator to support the BFA Film Department's equipment reservation and inventory system on a full-time, onsite basis. You will work with students, faculty, and staff to coordinate reservations, maintain inventory, and provide Cheqroom training and support.

This entry-level role reports to the Senior Production Manager and requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in equipment operations, inventory, or customer service.
• Proven ability to learn new software platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Cheqroom reservation and inventory system.
• Coordinate equipment reservations for students, faculty, and staff.
• Assist with checkout, returns, packing, and inspection of equipment.
• Provide training and support for Cheqroom to users.
• Generate reports on equipment utilization and inventory.
