Job summary

Travel within assigned territories is required to service customers and train operators. The role includes diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems, documenting service reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control systems and networks.
• Excellent communication in English; able to read layout drawings/prints for installation.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment at customer sites and manage the full installation process.
• Provide on-site training for operation, software, and part programming.
• Prepare daily service reports and weekly expense reports.
• Travel within assigned territories; lift up to 50 lbs; operate hand tools and measurement devices.
