Job summary

Hoffman Construction Co of America in Boise, ID seeks an OSM Field Superintendent to oversee offsite manufacturing of 3D structural modules integrated with MP&E systems, reporting to the Project Superintendent and OSM Leads. This onsite role coordinates with other superintendents, subcontractors, and craft workers to maintain safety, quality, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of hands-on mechanical/multidiscipline construction experience required.
• Experience on large industrial or high-tech fabrication projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required (may be obtained after hire).
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with other superintendents, mechanical subcontractors, and other discipline subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust project schedule on a daily basis.
• Manage RFIs and submittals for client/architect review.
• Implement and oversee the QA/QC program for OSM scopes.
• Enforce and promote all safety protocols.
• Resolve design and constructability issues in the field.
