Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf is seeking an on-site field service technician to install, debug and maintain product hardware and software at customer locations in the Minneapolis area. Responsibilities include scheduled inspections, routine cleaning, minor repairs and thorough documentation of service activities.

You will inspect operations, resolve issues or escalate per procedures and ensure customers understand product functionality and service outcomes, with emphasis on timely, quality support.
