Job summary

Zebra is seeking a Field Service Technician II based in Nashville, TN to perform onsite repair services for Zebra devices and solutions under service contracts. You will diagnose, repair, update firmware and software, and manage parts inventory while ensuring customer SLAs and quality standards are met.

You will interact with customers, document work in Zebra systems, and participate in ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or certification preferred.
• 1+ years field service or technician experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite repair services for Zebra devices per service contracts.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, update firmware/software as needed.
• Manage parts inventory and SLA requirements; document work in Zebra systems.
• Communicate status to customers and stakeholders; escalate as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; participate in continuous improvement.
