RTX's Pratt & Whitney Fleet Operations at Nellis AFB, Las Vegas NV, seeks a Field Service Engineer to support F-35A/F135 operations on site. You will work hands-on with engine software and hardware, aircraft, and squadron personnel.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, extensive travel, and the ability to rotate between shifts; you will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure safe, reliable operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• 8+ years of professional engine/aircraft maintenance or propulsion support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support F-35A/F135 operations with systems, tooling, material, and offboard processes.
• Provide reporting on aircraft/engine status, flight reports, and parts usage.
• Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and adapt to priorities.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support deployments.
• Rotate between first and second shift schedules to meet mission requirements.
