Job summary

BlueCrest seeks an Onsite Service Technician to provide dedicated technical support at a client location in Massachusetts. You will maintain, diagnose, and repair high-volume printing and mailing equipment, perform upgrades and installations, and respond to issues in real time while coordinating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates diagnose electro-mechanical systems, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on high-volume printing and mailing equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade systems and perform installations as needed.
• Respond to equipment issues in real time and coordinate with internal teams.
• Document service activities and ensure timely resolution of problems.
