Job summary

Sartorius is seeking an onsite Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate service needs for the product line. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely information transmission to internal teams to maintain high service quality.

Based at Newark, DE or Bohemia, NY, you will interface with end users and field service teams, schedule visits, manage service orders and contracts in SAP, and monitor inventory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Experience with field service organizations and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with end users and field service organization and communicate requests to the internal organization.
• Assist in scheduling field service onsite visits and coordinate with customers to ensure all requirements are met prior to installation or maintenance visit.
• Create service orders, update status, process parts orders, service invoicing and creation of service center notifications.
• Create new service contracts in SAP, update equipment records, process renewals, and run reports as needed.
• Review and report on engineer inventory levels.
• Work with engineers to cycle count stock and ensure inventory is decremented properly via secure order processing.
