Job summary

Sartorius has an onsite Field Service Dispatcher role at our Newark, DE or Bohemia, NY locations. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service information and scheduling for field visits and installations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and SAP experience preferred. We value sustainability, openness, enjoyment, and teamwork at Sartorius.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a customer service role.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Experience with field service operations preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with end users and field service organization; communicate requests and issues to internal teams.
• Assist in scheduling field service onsite visits and coordinate with customers to meet requirements before installations or maintenance visits.
• Create service orders, update status, process parts orders, service invoicing, and notifications.
• Create new service contracts in SAP, update equipment records, process renewals, and run reports as needed.
• Review and report on engineer inventory levels.
• Work with engineers to cycle count stock and ensure inventory is decremented properly.
