Job summary

Sartorius North America is seeking an Onsite Field Service Dispatcher based at our Newark, DE or Bohemia, NY site to coordinate service activities with customers and internal teams. You will manage service orders, confirm requirements for installations or maintenance, and work closely with field engineers and vendors.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and experience with scheduling field service visits; SAP knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate between customers, field technicians and internal teams.
• Experience with scheduling field visits and managing service orders.

Responsibilities

• Interface with end users and field service organization to communicate requests and issues.
• Assist in scheduling onsite visits and ensure requirements are met prior to installation or maintenance.
• Create service orders, update status, process parts orders, service invoicing, and notifications.
• Create new service contracts in SAP, update equipment records, renewals, and run reports.
• Review and report engineer inventory levels; cycle count stock and secure order processing.
