Job summary

Sartorius is seeking an onsite Field Service Dispatcher at our Newark, DE or Bohemia, NY site. You will work directly with customers and internal departments to ensure timely transmission of service information and high quality support for the product line.

Responsibilities include scheduling field service visits, creating service orders, updating statuses, processing parts orders, and coordinating with engineers to meet requirements prior to installations or maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of work experience in a customer service role.
• Strong written and oral communication; professional interaction with customers.
• Ability to multi-task; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with end users and field service organization to communicate requests, requirements and issues.
• Assist in scheduling onsite field service visits and coordinate with customers before installations or maintenance.
• Create service orders, update status, process parts orders, and service invoicing.
• Create new service contracts in SAP, update equipment records, process renewals, and run reports.
• Review and report on engineer inventory levels; cycle count stock and ensure proper decrementing.
