• Strong communication with field crews and clients.
• Proven safety compliance and reporting.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, schedules, and phasing with operations and field crews.
• Monitor progress, production, and costs to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Oversee asphalt paving, milling, repairs and concrete work as applicable.
• Maintain client relations and communicate updates regularly.
• Ensure quality workmanship aligns with specs and standards.
• Lead site inspections, safety audits, and daily reporting.
• Prepare change orders and manage scope variances.
• Close out projects with documentation and final reporting.
