Job summary

Sineath Construction in Weaverville, NC is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead active job sites with integrity and precision. This full-time, onsite role requires managing projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough, coordinating schedules, budgets, and safety compliance while representing a client-first mindset.

You’ll oversee subs, vendors, and inspectors, document progress using CoConstruct and Excel, and lead pre-construction and warranty meetings to ensure quality workmanship

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site construction management experience.
• Proven ability to run a job site from groundbreak to final walkthrough with minimal oversight.
• Expert understanding of construction sequencing, safety compliance, and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
• Manage projects from start to finish with primary client contact.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and trades with safe, clean sites.
• Coordinate daily construction schedule, manage sequencing, enforce safety and code compliance.
• Use CoConstruct to document daily logs, updates, photos, schedules, and client communications.
• Lead required meetings: pre-construction, electrical walkthroughs, punchlists, warranty walkthroughs.
