RHF is seeking a Field & Junior Network Support Technician to provide onsite and remote IT support in Hickory, NC. The role combines desktop support with hands‑on networking, serving manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, DHCP, DNS, and network printers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II and Tier III support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Travel between company locations to provide onsite technical support as needed.
• Set up new employee workstations, user accounts, and equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Image, deploy, and replace computers using company standards.
• Install and troubleshoot local and network printers.
