Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive transportation inspection experience or 4 years of experience with a high school diploma.
• Prior bridge construction inspection experience preferred.
• Valid US driver's license required.
• NCDOT Certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of NCDOT road specifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control construction observations for various highway and bridge construction.
• Read and interpret contract documents and construction plans.
• Monitor and track construction sequencing, cost, scheduling, and performance.
