Adecco's client, a global distributor of semiconductor and electronic components, is hiring a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) in the Silicon Valley area to provide technical support to customers and assist with on-site activities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
3–7+ years of experience in FAE, customer technical support, applications engineering, or a related position is preferred.
Basic understanding of electronic components and semiconductors.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers regarding product-related issues.
Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with internal engineering teams to identify solutions.
Provide on-site technical support and assistance when required.
Assist in investigating product or quality issues and coordinate follow-up actions with customers and internal teams.
Maintain communication with customers regarding technical issues and resolution progress.
Prepare basic technical reports and documentation as needed.
Support other technical or customer-related activities as required.
